Colour Schemes

Six colour schemes are supported:

Frequency of Occurence

• Frequencies; Based on abYsis data. Default colouring cutoffs of 5% red, 40% yellow, >40% green. Reflects both numbering scheme and organism selection

Amino Acid Colouring

• Taylor; Default colouring
• Clustal; Alternative colouring
• Zappo; Alternative brighter colouring
• HPhob; Reflex amino acid hydrophobicity

• None, no colour
